These are the Privacy Policy which apply to the customer when using our PandaClick Apps. Please read them carefully.


“"PandaClick" or "we" or "us" or "our'' are refer to trade name for Panda and means Panda Retail Company, having its principal place of business at Jeddah with CR No (4030223594) with address PO Box 7333, Jeddah 23511, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This Privacy Policy explains how we will use the information that we collect about you when you use this app. Your use of this app will also be subject to our Terms of Use. Terms defined in the Terms of Use will also be applicable to this Privacy Policy.

When we collect your personal information

You will need to provide personal information when you register an account, place an Order or make a Submission.


The personal information we collect

The personal information we collect will include your title, name, gender, birthdate, email address, delivery address (if different) and mobile number. We may also collect personal information provided by you together with or as part of any Submission.

Customers using our grocery service accept the need to have their credit or debit card details registered with PandaClick prior ordering. These details are confidential to PandaClick team and held in an encrypted form on the Panda database and will only be used for payment on account and/or payment of goods and services received by you using our grocery service during the secure purchase process facilitated by our payment service provider, known as Checkout, and these details are never shared with us.

The collection of personal information online is designed to protect access to your accounts, to assist Pandaclick in providing you with the products and services you want and need. All personal information collected and stored by Pandaclick is used for specific business purposes to protect and administer your accounts and transactions, to comply with the regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”), and to help Pandaclick better understand your financial needs in order to design or improve our products and services. Employing stringent security measures in the collection of your personal information, all Pandaclick service requests are submitted to the secure administration site of Pandaclick. Once received by Pandaclick, only the approved personnel may open and process the application. Furthermore, auditing mechanisms have been put into place to further protect your information by identifying which employee(s) has accessed and in any way modified for example, updated or added to your personal information. Unless restricted by applicable law, you agree that any and all personal information/data relating to you collected by Pandaclick from this website from time to time may be used and disclosed for such purposes and to such persons be in accordance with Pandaclick’s Privacy Policy. Pandaclick never requests its customers to disclose the account number, credit card information, user ID, Personal Identification Number (PIN) or any such information through e-mails. Any e-mail or written communication received by the customer, which appears to have been sent from Pandaclick seeking a customer’s personal and confidential information, should not be answered and Pandaclick should be advised.


Other information we collect

We will collect certain information (such as time and date of your visit to the app, pages viewed and platform used to access the app) whenever you visit the app. We use this information to understand how our app is used and to improve the app. This information is anonymised and cannot be linked back to you.


How we use your personal information

We will use your personal information to: establish and administer your account, process and deliver your Orders and to provide with services and information; improve the app layout, Content and functionality; and carry out research on our users’ demographics and tastes. We may use your personal information to send you information about our Products and services and those of our associated companies. You can choose to opt out of this at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email that we send to you.


Sharing your personal information with third parties

We will share your personal information with: Opti by Catalyst, for Order delivery purposes; third parties who provide us with services, as UseInsider SDK, which facilitates the transmission and collection of installed application information to https://mobile.useinsider.com/api/wizard/v1 in order to provide us with services such as marketing, personalization and engagement; and any governmental or legal authority if required by law. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties excluding the paymnet provider checkout.com. We may transfer our databases containing your personal information if we sell our business or part of it. Other than as set out in this Privacy Policy, we shall NOT sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without obtaining your prior consent. the app may contain links to other sites or frames of other sites. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third other sites, nor for any third party to whom we transfer your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Pandaclick follows strict privacy procedures in regard to protecting your personal information. In addition, Pandaclick requires all third parties with a business need to access this information to adhere to similar and equally stringent privacy policies. Personal information may be supplied to a third party in order to process customer transactions; if the customer requests it; the disclosure is required or allowed by law (i.e. exchange of information with reputable reporting agencies, subpoena, or the investigation of fraudulent activity, etc.); or in conjunction with joint marketing agreements we have entered into. Pandaclick does not provide account or personal information to other companies for the purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing of any non-financial products or services of those companies.


Use of Social Plugins

the app uses social plugins (“plugins”) provided by third parties including Facebook, and Googgle foor secondary option for authuntication. When you login we establishes a direct connection to the servers of the relevant PI Provider (which may be located overseas) and your plugin content is transferred to your browser. The relevant PI Provider is then able to receive information about your having accessed that page of the app. This occurs even if you do not have an account with the PI Provider or are not logged into it at the time. If you are logged into the app of a PI Provider, and you interact with the relevant plugins on our Site (for example by clicking “Like” or entering a comment) the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to the PI Provider server and stored by it. The information may also be published on your PI Provider account page and visible to those whom you have given access as “friends” or otherwise. You can block plugins by using add-ons for your browser, like the “Facebook Blocker”. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook, Pinterest and Instagram and how it is processed and used, as well as your rights in this respect and settings options for protecting your privacy please read the privacy policy of the relevant PI Provider: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest.


Security

We have in place technical and security measures to prevent unauthorised access to or accidental loss or destruction of your personal information that is stored by us. We collect your personal information on a secure server and we use firewalls on our servers. Whilst we are unable to guarantee 100% security, this makes it hard for a hacker to decrypt your details. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you. You are responsible for protecting against unauthorised access to and use of your password and account.

By using our app or by submitting personal information to the app or to us or to our agents, you consent to our use of your personal information in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy.

Pandaclick maintains strict policies and security controls to ensure that customer information contained in the systems and files is protected. Pandaclick respects your right to privacy and is committed to ensuring the privacy of its customers’ personal information. You may request access to your personal information and you may request that we correct any inaccuracies in that personal information. At any stage you also have the right to ask us to stop using your personal information for direct marketing purposes. Limited employee access to personal information

Pandaclick limits its access to your personal information to only those employees who hold a business reason for having access to such information. Pandaclick also educates all their employees about the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. In addition, individual usernames and passwords are used by approved Pandaclick personnel to access your personal information online, providing audit trails to further safeguard the privacy of your personal information.


Location Services

Our Mobile Apps will be using your device location services in order to display the nearest available branch eligible for delivery, promotion & campaigns assigned to that store will be listed accordingly.
